Teambuilding Workshop MLP
To improve communication and trust within the team, we have taken part in a team-building workshop of MLP. Here, we have learned a lot about our own personality traits and associated tendencies to specific communication patterns. In the future this will help us assessing and being reasonable with each other. Furthermore we have practiced a positive and self-confident appearance in small presentations considering certain forms of communication. Playing "prison" we could physically campaigning for each other finding a deliberate strategy to lift each other over a fictitious wall. This was a lot of fun and served to strengthen team spirit. At the end of the day we reflected the positive abilities existing in our group and we started complimenting each other.
First studies on the facade
The team facade / material presented some of their ideas of a facade as original sized models for the Counter Entropy House. Different models are intended to reveal the structures and materials of the potential facade. One of the mock-up consists of old metal storage shelf elements which are connected to a stable metal wall. The other possibility of using this metal elements is to cut out sheets in order to fix them as overlapping wall element. An other model presents a vertical structured wall made by vertical wood elements which are also exchangeable by other materials.
